CDL - A Flex Driver

Salem Carriers is hiring CDL-A Flex Drivers to run regional and/or local routes!

Flex Driver positions feature:

• Guaranteed minimum pay of $1,500 per week

• Multi-account position with variety in routes and freight
• Flexible schedule that may vary week to week based on customer needs, seasonal volumes, and operational demands
• Accessorial pay available, including tarp pay, stop pay, and backhaul pay

Qualifications:

• Must have a good MVR
• Possess a valid Class A CDL in the state you reside
• Maintain a professional appearance
• No more than 3 moving violations within last 4 years
• No DUI within last 7 years
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 5 years (none within the last year)
• Able to meet the physical requirements to perform the job
